About us

Erika Gullick: An alumni of The Ohio State University, Coach Erika has a Bachelors degree in English Education along with a Masters of Art in Teaching from North Carolina State University. During her years at Ohio State she had the privilege of serving as a member of the varsity co-ed squad from 2003-2007. She has cheered on many different levels, culminating in a professional opportunity with the Columbus Destroyers Cheer/Dance squad, and as an assistant coach with North Carolina State’s Cheerleading squad. She also enjoyed summers working as a instructor for Universal Cheerleading Association.

Over the years she has made the transition from being an active participant to now serving as owner of The Cheer Institute. Through this amazing program her vision is to continue building upon core values, uplifting our athletes through personal integrity and being forefront leaders. She believes anyone that has the spirit to cheer can, and works to provide training to as many athletes as she can.
